The Project

The HuB Phase II (HUB 2.0)

A Brief History:

The church acquired the first ‘HuB' in 2013 to help meet the changing needs of the Church and also reach out to the Canterbury community. The Lord exceeded our expectations, the HuB is now too small for our numbers! This coupled with irregular venue bookings on campus during the summer means the Church is now in desperate need for a suitable venue.

Why HuB Phase II?

The HuB phase 2 building is almost five times the size of the current Hub and offered to us with a 30 year lease. With a much more accessesible location, it will provide us with a venue that will help the church continue its growth and reach out to the community. The Hub 2.0 will also act as our ministry and outreach centre, allowing us to continue running the training and outreach programs we already host, as well as news ones!

The Project: Costs

The HuB Phase II (HUB 2.0)

  • Building work, furniture etc. costs: £93,000

  • Raised so far: £45,000 from the church's reserves and £15,000 in members contributions.

  • Outstanding amount needed: £33,000

How might you help?

We trust God that he will give seed to the sower and together we can unite to complete this work. Visit our 'Support HuB 2.0' page to donate, pledge and volunteer.

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinth 9:6-7)
